The LaGrange Community Improvement Corporation (LCIC) was formed in the spring of 2005 to oversee the development of approximately 40 acres of land co-owned by the Village of LaGrange and the LaGrange Township Trustees. The location of the new Keystone High School created the opportunity for local government to construct a street through the 40 acres and provide access to the high school.

The LCIC was fortunate enough to receive Community Block Grant funds to aid in the construction of “Opportunity Way”. With no advertising, numerous businesses contacted the LCIC about locating in our new Business Park. Keystone Pointe Health and Rehabilitation, SpaceBound, and Community Healthcare Partners have already located in the Business Park. The uncertain economy has slowed down interest, but we continue to entertain inquiries.

Special “Transitional Use” zoning (see Article 8 of the zoning booklet) has been created for this land and specific “Covenants and Restrictions” have been put in place. These can be downloaded below:
